Toshiya Kuge, ( – Sept. 11, 2001) was a student killed in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks when the plane he was flying on, United Airlines Flight 93, crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania. He lived in Suginami Ward, Tokyo in Japan where he attended Waseda University. In 1999, he graduated from Kitano High School in Yodogawa Ward, Osaka where he was the goalkeeper for the school's football team.

Toshiya died at 20 in the crash of United Airlines Flight 93 in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack. He was on his way home to visit his parents after a tour of the United States where he was looking to attend college. This was his third trip to the U.S.

He is survived by his parents who live in Toyonaka, Osaka Prefecture in Japan.
