Dennis Edwards

Born in Huntington in 1966, Dennis Michael Edwards had a zest for life. His wife recalled that on their wedding day there was a nor'easter, but you couldn't tell though unless you looked out the window.

Dennis graduated from high school in 1984 and earned his bachelor's degree from SUNY Old Westbury in 1988. Cantor Fitzgerald Securities was his first and only job out of college.

Dennis was a helper and had a huge heart. It was said when the first world trade center attacks happened he helped carry a pregnant woman down 80 flights of stairs.

He is survived by his daughter Alexa, his wife Patti and many other extended family members.
